We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our finance teams across a number of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools in the Croydon area.

About the Role
As a Finance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the effective financial management of the school(s). You will work closely with senior leaders and finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.
Key responsibilities may include:
Processing invoices, orders, and payments
Assisting with budget monitoring and financial reports
Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
Supporting audits and compliance with financial procedures
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using financial systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a school or public sector setting is desirable, but not essential
