The Role - Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll support schools across London by sourcing and placing high-quality teachers, teaching assistants, and education support staff. You'll receive full training from day one and work closely with experienced consultants and managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
No prior recruitment experience is required - we're looking for motivated, resilient individuals with a genuine interest in working with people.
Training & Development - IMPACT Academy

Candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management
Sales training, negotiation skills, and client development
