We are partnering with a number of supportive, well-led secondary schools Bristol who are seeking enthusiastic Secondary School Teachers to join their supply network for immediate, or January 2026 starts. Whether you're an ECT, a seasoned classroom practitioner, or returning to teaching, supply work offers an excellent way to stay connected to the classroom while maintaining full control over your schedule.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging pre-set lessons or adapt materials to meet the needs of the class
- Create a positive, well-managed learning environment
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and engagement in line with school policies
- Teach across a range of subjects or within your specialist area
- Provide brief handover notes and feedback for permanent staff as required
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teachers (QTS or QTLS) or instructors with secondary classroom experience
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Professional, adaptable, and reliable educators
- Teachers who can build rapport quickly with students and staff
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
