Pay Rate: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience and subject specialism)

We are partnering with a number of supportive, well-led secondary schools Bristol who are seeking enthusiastic Secondary School Teachers to join their supply network for immediate, or January 2026 starts. Whether you're an ECT, a seasoned classroom practitioner, or returning to teaching, supply work offers an excellent way to stay connected to the classroom while maintaining full control over your schedule.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging pre-set lessons or adapt materials to meet the needs of the class
  • Create a positive, well-managed learning environment
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and engagement in line with school policies
  • Teach across a range of subjects or within your specialist area
  • Provide brief handover notes and feedback for permanent staff as required

We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS or QTLS) or instructors with secondary classroom experience
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Professional, adaptable, and reliable educators
  • Teachers who can build rapport quickly with students and staff
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
