About the Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key part in creating a calm, structured and encouraging environment for students. You will:

  • Work closely with pupils to support positive behaviour choices

  • Build strong, trusting relationships to help students overcome barriers to learning

  • Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and senior leaders to implement behaviour strategies

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring sessions

  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive school culture where every student feels valued

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone confident, patient, and empathetic

  • Strong communication skills and resilience

  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to support young people

  • Experience in education, youth work or behaviour support is beneficial but not essential
