About the Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key part in creating a calm, structured and encouraging environment for students. You will:
Work closely with pupils to support positive behaviour choices
Build strong, trusting relationships to help students overcome barriers to learning
Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and senior leaders to implement behaviour strategies
Provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring sessions
Contribute to a safe, inclusive school culture where every student feels valued
What We're Looking For:
Someone confident, patient, and empathetic
Strong communication skills and resilience
A proactive approach and a genuine desire to support young people
Experience in education, youth work or behaviour support is beneficial but not essential
