Tradewind Recruitment is looking for experienced Early Years Teaching Assistants to join our team for long-term placements in nurseries and early years settings. If you hold a Level 2 or above Early Years qualification and are passionate about supporting children's learning and development, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or above Early Years qualification

  • Experience working with children in Nursery or Early Years settings

  • Available at least 3 days a week

  • Available for roles starting January 2026
