Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time | Maternity Cover | January 2026 - July 2026 (possible extension to December 2026)

Are you a qualified teacher with EYFS experience looking for a rewarding nursery teaching role in Ealing? SANZA Teaching Agency is supporting a two-form entry primary school seeking a Nursery Teacher to cover maternity leave. The nursery has around 25 children, mostly full-time, and is supported by a full-time teaching assistant who knows the children well.

This is a great opportunity for teachers experienced in EYFS in a primary school setting. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with EYFS experience are welcome to apply, although formal ECT support cannot be provided this academic year.

Your Role as Nursery Teacher

  • Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons for nursery children

  • Support the personal, social, emotional, and academic development of approximately 25 pupils

  • Work alongside a full-time teaching assistant familiar with the children and routines

  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

  • Monitor, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS guidelines

About You

The school is seeking teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have EYFS experience in a primary school setting

  • Are confident leading a nursery class of around 25 children

  • Can work effectively alongside a full-time teaching assistant

  • Are passionate about supporting early years development

  • ECTs with EYFS experience are welcome, but formal ECT support is not available for this academic year
