Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified and passionate Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Oldham. This full-time position begins in Decmber 2025, with the potential to transition into a permanent school placement for the right candidate.
Key Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Previous experience working within Early Years settings in a primary school
A proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting early learning
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
