Teaching Assistants - Flint
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join secondary and SEN schools across Flint and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential. You'll work closely with teachers to assist in lessons, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting preferred)
A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
