About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative part-time Year 1 Teacher to join a collaborative KS1 team. The successful candidate will:
Deliver (mostly pre-planned) exciting, high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom that inspires confidence and curiosity
Work closely with year group colleagues to share ideas and best practices
Encourage every pupil to develop independence and a love of learning
Contribute to the wider school community through teamwork and positivity
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised overseas teaching qualification
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1) (preferred)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills as a teacher
Passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible and positive approach to part-time working
