SEN Teacher

Are you a passionate, dedicated educator ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs? We're looking for an experienced SEN Teacher to join a warm and supportive team at a special school in Birmingham on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

As a key member of teaching staff, you'll plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons for pupils with a range of complex learning difficulties and disabilities. You'll work closely with a skilled team of teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure every pupil achieves their personal best in a nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)

✅ Proven experience working with students who have complex needs, including autism, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities

✅ A creative, flexible approach to teaching and learning

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✅ A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting every child to reach their potential
