Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking for your next rewarding role? We are recruiting for dedicated teachers available full-time to work in special schools across Birmingham, with exciting long-term opportunities available.
The Role:
- Full-time SEN Teacher roles in a range of Birmingham special schools
- Long-term positions with potential for permanent opportunities
- Teaching pupils with a variety of needs, including:
- Complex needs
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN)
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of teaching in SEN settings and a strong passion and adaptability to work with pupils with additional needs
- Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual learning plans and EHCPs
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A commitment to supporting every child to achieve their full potential
