Tradewind Recruitment are currently supporting a highly regarded Secondary School in Bolton in recruiting an experienced Inclusion Coordinator Administrator to join their dedicated Inclusion Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and organised professional who is passionate about supporting young people and ensuring that every pupil has access to the help and guidance they need to thrive.

About the Role

The Inclusion Coordinator Administrator will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative, organisational and communication support to the Inclusion Team. This is a key position that underpins the effective coordination between the pastoral, behaviour, and SEND functions of the school.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and external agencies regarding inclusion-related matters.

  • Supporting the coordination of multi-agency meetings, maintaining accurate and confidential records.

  • Assisting with the organisation of interventions and support plans for pupils with additional needs.

  • Managing communication and documentation for referrals, reports, and assessments.

  • Providing administrative support for inclusion initiatives, behaviour tracking, and SEND provision.

  • Ensuring efficient systems are in place to support the smooth running of the Inclusion Team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have experience working within a school or educational setting (this is essential - applications without this experience will not be considered).

  • Demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Be confident in managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationships with staff, families, and external professionals.

  • Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to improving outcomes for all learners, particularly those who are vulnerable or have additional needs.
