Cover Supervisors Needed - Nottingham & Nottinghamshire
Flexible Adhoc Opportunities | Daily Rate: £90 - £130 (DOE)
Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be supporting a number of Secondary Schools across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their teams on an adhoc basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience. Whether you are a graduate considering a career in teaching, an experienced Cover Supervisor, or someone with strong classroom management skills, we'd love to hear from you!
What does the role involve?
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising classes across a range of subjects.
Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
Providing guidance and support to pupils where needed.
Ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.

What are we looking for?
Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Previous school-based experience is desirable, but not essential.
