Graduate Teaching Assistant

Tradewind is looking for Graduate Teaching Assistants to support primary classes in Bury & Bolton, commencing September 2025, ideal for psychology, education or child-development graduates exploring teaching pathways.

Role responsibilities:

• Support literacy and numeracy through 1:1 and small-group sessions.
• Partner with class teachers and SENCOs to create resources and develop strategies.
• Aid children's emotional well‑being, particularly those facing behavioural or mental health challenges.

About you:

• Recent graduate (Psychology, Education, Child Development or related).
• Experience via placements, tutoring or voluntary roles in educational settings.
• Passionate about supporting child-centred learning and developing a future teaching or SEND-focused career.
