A dynamic and well-led secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham is looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive team from September 2025 until July 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for any recent graduate interested in teaching or youth work.
Role Overview:
The Graduate Teaching Assistant will work across subject areas to support pupils in lessons, helping them stay engaged and achieve their potential. You'll also provide small group and 1:1 support under the guidance of the SENCo and teaching staff.
Main Duties Include:
- Supporting students in class with learning activities
- Leading catch-up sessions for small groups
- Promoting a positive learning environment
- Helping with behaviour support and engagement
- Supporting teachers with planning and resource preparation

To Be Considered, You Must:
