An ambitious and well-regarded secondary school in Ealing is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join its successful Mathematics department from September 2025. This is a full-time position, open to both experienced teachers and ECTs, and can be offered on a permanent or long-term supply basis.

The school has a strong reputation for academic achievement, excellent student behaviour, and a culture of collaboration. Maths is a core strength of the school, with consistently strong results and uptake at A-Level.

Maths Teacher - Key Responsibilities
* Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (A-Level teaching available for suitable candidates)
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote problem-solving, critical thinking, and mathematical fluency
* Support student achievement through differentiated instruction and targeted intervention
* Work collaboratively within a well-established and high-performing Maths department
* Contribute to enrichment opportunities such as maths clubs, competitions, and booster sessions

Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to raising achievement and encouraging student confidence in numeracy
