Teaching Assistant Roles - Full-Time | September 2025 Start
Locations: Primary Schools in Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster
Start Date: September 2025

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Whether you're a recent graduate, exploring a career in education, or looking to build on existing experience, we're now recruiting full-time Teaching Assistants for the new academic year across a range of inclusive and high-achieving Inner West London primary schools.

These long-term roles offer the chance to make a real difference in the classroom while gaining invaluable experience in supportive and well-managed school environments.


Available Roles for September 2025:
🔹 1:1 SEN Support - Provide personalised support to pupils with special educational needs
🔹 General Classroom Assistant (EYFS - Year 6) - Help deliver engaging lessons and assist children across the primary age range
🔹 Early Years Assistant - Support younger learners in Nursery and Reception, encouraging their early development through play and structured activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons and activities

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support, especially for pupils with additional needs

  • Help with classroom preparation and day-to-day routines

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and school leaders


Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children (in schools, tutoring, childcare, or youth settings) is a bonus, but not essential

  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable supporting children of varying ages and needs

  • Available full-time (5 days per week) from September 2025

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
