Are you a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next rewarding role? Tradewind Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a welcoming primary school in Sheffield - with an immediate start!

The Role:
We are seeking an HLTA to work within either EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) or Key Stage 2 (KS2), depending on your experience and preference. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Leading small group interventions and supporting individual pupils
• Assisting with planning and assessing learning activities
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

• HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a primary school setting - EYFS or KS2 experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• A passion for supporting children's development and learning
