A dynamic and welcoming Jewish faith school in Westminster is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to inspire and challenge young minds within a faith-based environment. The role can begin either after April half-term or at the start of the new school year in September, depending on your availability.

Role Overview:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across a wide range of subjects, with a strong focus on literacy, numeracy, and core values. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and engage Key Stage 2 students.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment based on Jewish values.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to drive development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Support students' social and emotional development, helping them build confidence and strong relationships.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed of students' progress.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students develop both academically and personally.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum, particularly literacy and numeracy.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and engage with parents and the school community.
  • A willingness to integrate Jewish traditions and values into your teaching.
  • A firm and supportive approach to classroom management.
  • The ability to motivate students, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
