School Administrator - Immediate Start

Location: Mainstream Secondary School, Greenwich
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Salary: Dependent on experience

An experienced School Administrator is required for a Mainstream Secondary School in Greenwich to start immediately. This is a full-time, long-term role, providing essential support to the school office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school.
  • Maintain and update student records and databases using SIMS or BROMCOM.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, admissions, and enrolment.
  • Handle correspondence with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Support finance, HR, and safeguarding processes as required.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and school policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in school administration is essential.
  • Proficiency in SIMS or BROMCOM.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
  • A valid DBS check is preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
