Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant - Mitcham

Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding, full-time opportunity?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join a warm and welcoming school in Mitcham. This position is available immediately and will run until the end of the academic year.

Role Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Duration: Full-time for the rest of the academic year
  • Pay Rate: £85 to £95 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Early Years students in their learning and development.
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support where needed.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
  • Experience working within an Early Years setting.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and creative.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

SEND Teacher - Year 3 (Part-Time) - Mitcham

Are you an experienced and passionate SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity?

We are seeking a skilled Year 3 SEND Teacher to join a supportive school in Mitcham. This role is for 3 days a week and will run for the remainder of the academic year.

Role Details:

  • Days: 3 days per week (specific days to be confirmed)
  • Duration: Until the end of the academic year
  • Daily Pay Rate: £198.80 to £257.89 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of Year 3 students with SEND.
  • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure student progress.
  • Monitor and assess student development, adjusting strategies as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with SEND, particularly in Key Stage 2.
  • Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting diverse learning needs.
