We are a thriving secondary school in Tower Hamlets seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students who face behavioural difficulties. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future of young people and helping them succeed both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive and supportive relationships with students, fostering trust and understanding.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with students to identify and address the root causes of challenging behaviour.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional resilience.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a role model, promoting respect, self-discipline, and a positive school ethos.
About You:

- Passionate about working with young people and committed to their development.
- Empathetic, patient, and skilled in managing challenging behaviour.
- Able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Experienced in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
