Music Teacher
Tradewind recruitment are working with a large secondary school based in Hillingdon who are currently looking for a Music teacher.
School are looking for someone to start from February 2025 on a long term contract until July 2025. School are willing to offer a permanent contract for the right person.
This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Salary will match inner London MPS/UPS.
School has available parking spaces.
Music Teacher :
- Offer strong teacher subject and pedagogical knowledge.
- Engage in helping students develop knowledge of music theory and its application
- Enable life-long skill development and practical skill application
- Play a key role in fostering a positive and safe environment, while challenging students to reach their full potential
- Embrace and support the ethos of both boarding and day school life
Qualifications and Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A relevant degree
- Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Approachable and encouraging
