Teaching Assistant - KS1 Support in Nottingham

About the Role:
Tradewind Recruitment is pleased to present an opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a child in Key Stage 1 (KS1) at a welcoming primary school in Nottingham. This full-time position is set to commence on Monday, 6th January.
The child you will be supporting is non-verbal and will require assistance with personal care, in addition to academic support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the child has a positive and productive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to a non-verbal child in KS1
- Assist with personal care needs as required
- Support the child with their learning activities and integrate them into the classroom environment
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher and other support staff to ensure the child's needs are met
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages the child's engagement and development
Pay Rates:
The daily rate of pay will depend on experience, ranging from £90 to £125.

- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
