Salary: £83.33 - £85.00
About Us:
We are looking for Teaching Assistants to work with our clients, in vibrant and nurturing schools located in and around Halton. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing all students with a supportive and engaging learning environment. Their caring staff work collaboratively to foster a love of learning in every child, and we are currently seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and care to students.
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Foster a safe and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and social interaction.
- Help with the preparation of resources and materials for lessons.
- Support children in their personal, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor and record student progress and contribute to assessments and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student progress and well-being.
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) or equivalent experience.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and learning.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm.
