Exciting Opportunity for a Year 5 Primary Teacher

A welcoming and vibrant 2-form entry primary school in Southwark is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Primary Teacher to join their team in January 2025 on a long-term basis, covering a maternity leave for the remainder of the academic year. Position Details:

  • Role: Year 5 Primary Teacher (Maternity Cover)
  • Location: Southwark Primary School, London
  • Start Date: January 2025
  • Contract: Long-term, remainder of the academic year
  • Daily Rate: Starting at £170+ per day, based on experience and previous pay scale

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring teacher who can bring out the best in our Year 5 students. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, and while previous Year 5 experience is an advantage, we welcome all qualified applicants with a passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
