Graduate Teaching Assistant - Southeast London

What you'll do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and behaviour management

  • Support students with varying needs, including those with SEND

  • Help maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for:

  • A recent graduate in any subject

  • A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Experience working with young people is a plus-but not essential
