This rewarding role involves providing crucial one-to-one and small group support, acting as a guide, mentor, and advocate for your students. Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing tailored support to meet the unique learning and social needs of each student.
Implementing positive behaviour strategies and therapeutic techniques.
Assisting with communication, sensory needs, and personal care where required.
Collaborating closely with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
All applicants must be willing to undergo comprehensive compliance checks, including referencing and an Enhanced DBS.
