Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity this September? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed and proactive individual to support pupils across primary and secondary schools in Trafford on a long-term supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential, whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or a recent graduate looking to gain classroom experience.

The Role:

  • Supporting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management

  • Working with individuals and small groups to boost learning and confidence

  • Assisting pupils with additional needs, including SEND support where required

  • Creating an engaging, inclusive and safe learning environment

  • Providing feedback to teaching staff and helping to track pupil progress

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting (essential)

  • A genuine passion for working in education

  • A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to supporting young learners

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
