About the Impact Academy

The Impact Academy is our dedicated graduate training programme, giving you everything you need to succeed in recruitment - even if you've never worked in the sector before.

You'll learn the foundations of the job through coaching, hands-on experience, and expert mentoring from industry leaders who've trained hundreds of successful consultants.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your focus will be on building strong relationships with education professionals across the South West:

• Interviewing, screening and supporting teachers and school support staff
• Writing engaging candidate profiles for marketing to schools
• Working closely with your team to fill vacancies with the right people
• Managing a pipeline of candidates and tracking progress toward goals
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the education sector and hiring needs
• Working to clear performance targets and earning commission

Your Career Path

After your first year, you'll move into a sales and business development role where you'll manage your own schools, grow your client base and develop your commercial skills. You'll also receive additional training in:

• Client relationship management and school engagement
• Negotiation and pricing strategies
• Compliance and safeguarding best practices
• Personal organisation and productivity tools
