About the Impact Academy

The Impact Academy is Tradewind's intensive training programme, built for graduates who want to become exceptional recruitment consultants. Through hands-on learning, real-world experience, and expert mentorship, you'll gain the skills, confidence, and knowledge to succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

• Interview and support education professionals across Greater London
• Create engaging candidate profiles for school marketing
• Collaborate with the sales team to place top talent in schools
• Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and colleagues
• Work towards individual targets and earn commission along the way
• Learn the education and recruitment sectors from the inside out

What You'll Progress Into

After completing your first 6-9 months you'll move into a sales role, taking ownership of your own client base and driving business development. Further training will cover:

• Client relationship management and school partnerships
• Negotiation, pricing and objection handling
• Compliance, safeguarding, and industry best practice
• Time management, productivity and team leadership

We'll invest in your development every step of the way.
