Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-respected and supportive primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, to appoint a Key Stage Two Primary Teacher for a Year 3 class of just 10 pupils (and support from a full time Teaching assistant). The successful Key Stage Two Primary Teacher will:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to a small Year 3 class
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and fellow staff
  • Assess and monitor progress in line with national curriculum standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers
