What you'll be doing:

  • Building relationships with schools and education professionals across South Yorkshire

  • Sourcing, matching and placing candidates into exciting education roles

  • Managing your own client base with support and autonomy

  • Growing your desk with clear, structured progression targets

We offer:

  • £28,000 - £30,000 starting salary (depending on experience)
