✅ Demonstrate outstanding behaviour management, using positive reinforcement techniques to build a respectful, supportive classroom culture.


✅ Maintain excellent attendance and lead by example with professionalism and enthusiasm.


✅ Embrace and effectively integrate ICT into their teaching, making learning dynamic and engaging.


✅ Are excited to bring their own ideas, creativity, and energy into a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
