Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties
Working one-to-one or in small groups to provide tailored support
Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management and classroom tasks
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school, care, or youth setting)
A calm, patient, and flexible approach to supporting learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
