Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Leigh
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £90 - £110

At the ASC School they are committed to providing a nurturing and positive learning environment for children with ASC, ensuring they have the opportunity to succeed both academically and socially. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our students overcome challenges, providing one-to-one support and assisting in classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with Autism Spectrum Condition in both individual and group settings
* Assist with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Provide personal care when required
* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create tailored learning plans
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
* Monitor and track student progress, reporting to relevant staff

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children with ASC (desirable but not essential)
* A passion for supporting children in their personal and academic development
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A proactive and positive attitude
