Role Details:

📍 Location: Lambeth
📅 Start Date: September 2025
💰 Salary: £38,766 - £50,288 per annum (depending on experience)
🏫 Key Stage: KS1 (Year 1)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher who is passionate about early learning and child development. You will:
✅ Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the KS1 curriculum
✅ Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment
✅ Assess and track pupil progress to ensure continued development
✅ Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support children's learning

About You:

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
✔️ Experience teaching KS1 (desirable but not essential for ECTs)
✔️ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔️ Passion for creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment
