🏫 Secondary School Caretaker Wanted - Eccles 🛠️

Are you a hands-on, reliable, and flexible individual looking for a rewarding role in a school environment? We are seeking a School Caretaker to join a secondary school in Eccles and play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming learning space.

📍 Location: Eccles
🕗 Hours: Split shift system - flexibility required
💰 Pay: Up to £100 per day (dependent on experience)
📅 Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Carry out general maintenance and repairs around the school
🔹 Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained
🔹 Open and close the school buildings as part of the split shift system
🔹 Conduct regular health and safety checks
🔹 Assist with setting up rooms for school events and activities
🔹 Liaise with external contractors when necessary
🔹 Respond to any on-site issues promptly

What We're Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, or facilities role is beneficial
✅ A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving
✅ Good communication skills and ability to work independently
✅ Flexibility to cover split shifts and occasional out-of-hours emergencies
✅ A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
