Are you a DT Teacher looking for a supportive School in Southwest London?

Tradewind Recruitment are working alongside a great Boys School in Kingston which is an 11-18, fully inclusive boys' school. The School have a role for the summer term with a view to going perm for the right Teacher.

They are an ambitious, dynamic, caring, school where students of all abilities and social backgrounds develop and progress.

Support for new colleagues is excellent. They provide a well-established induction programme and a well-embedded appraisal structure. They also have highly effective care, guidance and support systems to meet all students' needs and as a result our students are courteous and well-behaved.

Key responsibilities
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.
*Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Requirements

*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*A degree in Business or a related field.
*Experience teaching Design & Tech at secondary school level.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
*Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
