About the Role
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of exams in local schools across Hounslow . This role offers flexible hours to suit your availability, with options for morning, afternoon, or full-day shifts. Whether you're looking to work a few hours or a full day, you can choose shifts that fit into your schedule.
Available Shift Times (subject to change)
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Full Day: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring exams are conducted in line with official procedures. Your duties will include:
- Supervising exam rooms to ensure students follow the exam guidelines
- Safeguarding the security and integrity of all exam materials
- Providing students with clear instructions and assisting with any exam-related queries
- Ensuring a quiet and controlled environment for students to complete their exams
- Reporting any incidents or breaches of exam protocol

Requirements
