Art Teacher
An outstanding school based in Ealing are looking for an Art Teacher.
School are looking for someone to start from Easter on a long term contract until at least July 2025.
This position is full time. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will match inner London MPS/UPS.
School has available parking spaces.
Art Teacher - Ealing
- Deliver expert art instruction, guiding students through various artistic techniques, styles, and concepts while highlighting real-world applications of their creative work.
- Support students' artistic development by fostering creativity, visual literacy, and critical thinking abilities through diverse art exercises and projects.
- Encourage lifelong learning by nurturing students' passion for art and helping them develop the ability to express themselves through their creative work.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that motivates students to reach their full potential, both artistically and personally.
- Embrace the ethos of the school, contributing to a vibrant and dynamic learning community where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed in their artistic pursuits.
Qualifications and Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A relevant degree
- Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Approachable and encouraging
