• Experience supporting children with ASD and challenging behaviour.
• Strong behaviour management skills - Ability to de-escalate situations calmly.
• Patience, resilience, and empathy - Build positive relationships with students.
• Ability to implement tailored strategies to support emotional and academic development.
• UK-based experience within a school setting preferred.
