Pastoral Support Role

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a supportive individual to assist the pastoral team in a secondary mainstream school located in Grimsby. The role has an ASAP start and expected to last at least until Easter. This is a great opportunity for anyone available Monday - Friday that is interested in pastoral work.

The rate for the role is £85 - £100 per day.

The responsibilities and duties of the role are the following:

• Support pupils with their attendance, timetables, and problems.
• Manage behaviour around the school and ensure corridors are safe.
• Work closely with the pastoral team and SLT.
• Uphold high expectations and standards within the school following behavioural policies, safeguarding procedures, and uniform regulations.

To apply for the position, you must have the following:

• Experience working within a school.
• A passion working with young people.
• Enhanced Child-only DBS on the UDS.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory refs.
