Your Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for the Permanent Division of our Education Recruitment Agency, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing talented candidates into permanent educational roles. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for education and recruitment, who is eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude. Experience in recruitment or the education sector is desirable but not essential.
Support & Mentorship: You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced consultants.
After Your First Year: You'll move to a Sales Desk with advanced training in business development, margin negotiation, safeguarding, and more.
Your Path to Success: Many of our top consultants started as Recruitment Consultants and grew quickly.
