Teacher looking for your next opportunity? A progressive secondary school in Hackney is searching for an experienced and dynamic professional to support students aged 11-18 with a range of additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN, including SEMH, ASD, and MLD.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote inclusive practices across the school.
- Regularly evaluate and adapt teaching methods to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
- Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive support.
What We're Looking For:
- QTS with a strong SEN teaching background.
- Ability to differentiate effectively for students with diverse needs.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- A collaborative and enthusiastic mindset.
