Are you an inspirational SEN Teacher ready to make a significant impact on the lives of children with additional needs? A highly regarded primary school in Waltham Forest is looking for an experienced professional to work with students in Key Stages 1 and 2 who require tailored support to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver individualized lessons that cater to a range of learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and MLD.
  • Assess, track, and report on students' progress, adapting strategies as required.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external specialists to provide a holistic approach to education.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive environment that fosters confidence and independence in pupils.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in SEN teaching.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and SEN strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for helping children overcome barriers to learning.
