Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) / Nursery Nurses / Early Years Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants
Start date: January 2024, or sooner with interviews to take place immediately/ ASAP!
Location: Work as part of a Primary school in Maldon, Essex
Type: Permanent, Contract or Long-term Supply
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Our client Primary School are committed to providing first class, high-quality early years education and care and are looking for talented, motived Early Years Practitioners/ Nursery Nurses to join them from September, 2024. Interviews are to take place immediatly/ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's unique needs.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent - CACHE/ EYPS/ EYTS etc)
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development in the foundation stage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Relevant experience in an early years setting is preferred.
