Location: Watford
Start Date: January 2024 (or sooner if available)
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (minimum 2 terms)
Salary: Equivalent to Main Pay Scale (London Fringe)

Our client, a fantastic Independent school in Watford, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their supportive team. This is a great opportunity to work in a nurturing environment and play a vital role in preparing students for the next stage of their education in an Independent school setting.

About the Role:
As the Year 6 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum, ensuring your students are well-prepared for their SATs and secondary school transition. You will inspire and support students in this crucial year, with a focus on academic excellence and fostering a love for learning in an Independent school.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2), ideally with Year 6
• Availability to start in January 2024 or sooner
• A passion for working in an Independent school setting and creating a stimulating learning environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills to meet the needs of your Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils
