Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups.
  • Adapt to different classroom environments and build rapport with students quickly.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher or create your own when necessary.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and effective teaching experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary schools.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and proficiency in delivering high-quality lessons.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with students and staff.
  • A proactive and positive approach to teaching.
