**Job Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with staff, participate in planning, and engage in professional development opportunities.
- Assist in foundational skills and learning activities.
- Ensure a safe and engaging environment alongside the lead teacher.
- Provide tailored support to address diverse learning needs.
- Track and report on student development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification.
- Familiarity with the EYFS Curriculum.
- Enthusiastic about igniting curiosity in young learners.
- Able to remain resilient and adaptable in dynamic classroom environments.
- Skilled in collaborative teamwork.
- Proficient in safeguarding procedures.
